A year ago I was a depressed, anxious mess. I didn't see a point in life and gave up on myself. When the panic attacks started becoming a daily occurrence, I knew I had to get help and make a change. No one was coming to save me. I was able to turn my life around and now it's time to share what I did to pull myself out of the darkness.
