Yesterday was really good. I needed to work on myself all day. I need to strive for better every day. I am going to wake up around 5 am during the weekdays. I drink 16 oz of water first thing. I make coffee while listening to my book or motivational Youtube video. I meditate for 15 minutes while coffee is brewing. I focus on the moment in front of me and not be in my mind. My breath serves as an anchor, returning to it after I lose the moment. I get to the gym no later than 6:30. I do my hour of cardio then sit in the sauna for 15 minutes. I rinse off while the skillet is warming up. I cook a healthy breakfast and put on my outfit for work. I listen to my book or music during all this, staying present in everything I do. After work I go home, eat a pre-lift snack, change and do my lift. I follow the plan I’ve already designed and film these workouts. I go home, heat up dinner, and journal about the day. I set intentions for how I want to feel (inspired), I vision the woman I am working towards. The lifestyle I desire. Fitness is going to help get me there. I am working to inspire myself, and in hope, inspire others. I am early in my journey, I’ve grown a lot this past year, always striving for better. I am more poised, confident, beautiful, worldly, and sound in mind. I am now.
